The nature of accounting for global income taxes is complex, presenting risk for organizations, and requiring tax professionals well trained in income tax accounting concepts. This course is designed to teach the basics of income tax accounting in a “hands on” format, working with a case study to understand the financial reporting process from calculating current and deferred provisions, to valuation and reserve considerations, and finally to financial statement presentation and reporting.
Eligible for up to 3.5 hrs CA CLE credit, and up to 4.0 hrs of CA CPE credit
